Cancellation Policy
To protect our newborn baby goats and ensure every guest has a calm, cozy experience, please review the policies below before booking. Private Sessions: Each booking is a private experience for your group only. Session length and guest count must match the package selected. If you need to change your headcount, please contact us before arrival. Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to park and check in. Late arrivals may shorten your session so we can stay on schedule for the animals and other bookings. Health & Hygiene: Handwashing/sanitizing is required before and after animal contact. If anyone in your group has been sick within the last 48 hours (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, flu-like symptoms), please reschedule. This is essential for newborn health. Animal Safety & Handling: Newborn goat interaction is supervised and may be adjusted based on their comfort, feeding schedule, and wellbeing that day. Guests must follow staff guidance at all times. No chasing, grabbing, or standing while holding animals. Children must stay with an adult and be closely supervised. Footwear & Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required. Wear farm-friendly clothing and layers; barns can be cool and you may encounter mud, hay, or dust. Food/Drinks: No outside food in the cuddle area. Drinks are allowed only in designated areas as instructed. Weather & Farm Conditions: Sessions are typically held in the barn and may proceed in light rain/cold. In rare cases (weather, animal care needs, or newborn health), we may reschedule for safety. Reschedule/Cancellation: Due to limited seasonal availability, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Same-day changes may not be guaranteed. No-shows are not refundable. By booking, you agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions for guest and animal safety.
