I understand that visiting a farm and interacting with animals involves inherent risks including but not limited to:*

Animal kicks or sudden movement.*

Animal bites or scratches*

Slips, trips, or falls on uneven terrain.*

Contact with farm equipment, fencing, or natural farm elements.

Allergic reactions to animals, hay, or environmental factors.*

I acknowledge that agricultural environments cannot be completely controlled and that these risks are part of visiting a working farm.*

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting the farm and participating in any activities offered by Real FarmHERS at Holiday Memories Farm.*

In consideration for being permitted to enter the property and participate in farm activities, I agree to release and hold harmless: Real FarmHERS, Holiday Memories Farm, property owners, operators, staff, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in farm activities, except in cases of gross negligence.*

I understand that animals can behave unpredictably.

I agree to:

• follow all instructions provided by staff.

• handle animals gently and respectfully.

• avoid chasing, grabbing, or startling animals

• supervise children at all times during animal interaction.

If staff determines that behavior is unsafe for animals or guests, interaction may be discontinued.*

I understand that children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times while visiting the farm.

I accept responsibility for the safety and conduct of any minors accompanying me.*

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during farm experiences and events.

I grant Real FarmHERS permission to use photographs or video containing my likeness or that of my child for marketing or promotional purposes unless I notify staff otherwise.

I accept responsibility for managing any personal allergies or sensitivities.*
