-
Reschedule requests are welcomed as early as possible.

A full refund
Health, Hygiene & Biosecurity
To protect animals, guests, and staff:
-
Handwashing/sanitizing is required before and after animal interaction for farm experiences.
-
If anyone in your group has been sick within the last 48 hours (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms), please reschedule.
-
We may refuse service if a situation poses a health risk to animals or guests.
Animal Safety & Handling
-
Animal interaction is guided and supervised when appropriate.
-
No chasing, rough handling, loud behavior around animals, or standing while holding animals.
-
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
-
For newborn experiences (example: baby goat cuddles), interaction may be adjusted based on the babies’ comfort and wellbeing.
What to Wear / Farm Conditions
-
Closed-toe shoes are required for farm experiences.
-
Wear farm-friendly clothing; you may encounter mud, hay, dust, and animal odors.
-
Barn temperatures vary, so layers are recommended.
Photography & Content
-
Guests may take personal photos/video unless otherwise posted.
-
Real FarmHers may capture photos/video for marketing. If you prefer not to appear in marketing content, email us before your session and we will note your preference.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or end a session due to unsafe behavior, policy violations, aggressive animal handling, intoxication, or failure to follow staff directions. No refund will be issued in these cases.
