Our Mission​

At The Real FarmHers, we are dedicated to Empowering Women in Agriculture who are committed to creating sustainable lives for themselves and their families. We provide resources, education and support designed for today’s realities, beyond the limits of traditional classroom learning, so Women can find their place in Agriculture with confidence and community.

Our approach is rooted in authentic, hands-on experiences that foster growth, knowledge, and resilience in today's culture. We believe in learning together, supporting one another through shared challenges, and building skills that work in real life beyond the farm. By including our children in this journey, we are not only empowering today’s FarmHers, but also nurturing the next generation of American FarmHers, Farmers, Ranchers, and RancHERs.

 

 

Our Vision​

We aspire to grow into a Nationwide Movement, establishing state chapters led by strong FarmHer leaders who carry forward our mission. Each chapter will focus on the unique challenges and opportunities within their region while staying rooted in the foundation of The Real FarmHers. Together, we will provide targeted support and secure the future of American farms by uniting the unique strengths of Women in Agriculture with those of men. By learning from one another and working side by side, we can protect today’s farms and preserve the legacy of Agriculture for the generations to come
