Service Description
Enjoy 15 minutes of pure sweet Baby Farm Animal Cuddles! Mini sessions are offered on specific days. Looking for another day? Check out one of the other cuddle sessions that we offer! This is a fully private experience. Your group will have the barn and animal interaction time reserved just for you. The price reflected includes FOUR guests, with the option to add-on additional guests for a max. of six guests per session. Using our Add-On menu, YOU get to choose your short and sweet visit with the animal group of YOUR choice! Goats, chicks or ducklings! Step into our Red Enchanted Barn for a PRIVATE Spring Cuddle experience designed for families who love baby animals and peaceful farm moments, without sharing the time and animals with outside guests. Weather permitting, guests will enjoy both indoor barn interaction and nearby outdoor access areas, allowing animals to remain comfortable while still allowing close engagement. What Your Experience Includes: • Cuddle and hold your choice of a barnyard animal. - Use the Add-On feature to select your animal group. • Private experience inside our enclosed Red Enchanted Barn. • Spring-themed barn decor and atmosphere. • Multiple styled photo backdrop opportunities. • Complimentary lemonade. • Cozy barn atmosphere with warm overhead string lighting. Booking Details: • Booking includes FOUR guests. - - - - Add additional guests using our "Add-On" menu, for a maximum total of 6 guests per session. • Children under 2 attend free but must be included in the total headcount: please provide this information on your form* • A maximum of 6 guests per private session. • Session length: 15 minutes. • Farm & Animal Interaction MUST be completed prior to your private session. • A follow-up email with important details will be sent after your booking is confirmed, after receiving full payment. After your appointment request, you will receive an email accepting your request for your private session time. 2. Payment is due in full to reserve your session. 2.1. Payments MUST be made via ZELLE to Kelcie CaMerono (443) 690-0624 or VENMO @kelmc21. 3. A CONFIRMED Private Session email will be sent AFTER your payment is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations All farm experiences are reservation-based and must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-ins are not permitted in order to maintain a calm and safe environment for both guests and animals. Availability is limited and sessions often sell out. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. For reservations requiring manual payment (such as Zelle), payment must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. Unpaid reservations will automatically be released. Cancellations Farm experience bookings are non-refundable. However, reservations may be transferred to another guest with prior approval from Real FarmHERS. Rescheduling Guests may request to reschedule their experience with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience may not be accommodated. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Experiences begin promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of the reservation depending on scheduling. Guest Count Each ticket reserves a space for one participant. Children under the age of 2 may attend free for most experiences but must still be included in the total guest count for planning and safety purposes. Weather Most experiences take place inside our enclosed Red Enchanted Barn with access to nearby outdoor areas. Experiences continue rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, adjustments may be made and guests will be notified if necessary. Animal Interaction All animal interactions are supervised by staff. Guests must follow all instructions provided by staff members to ensure the safety of both animals and guests. Guests who do not follow safety guidelines may be asked to discontinue interaction with animals.
