Cancellation Policy

Reservations All farm experiences are reservation-based and must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-ins are not permitted in order to maintain a calm and safe environment for both guests and animals. Availability is limited and sessions often sell out. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. For reservations requiring manual payment (such as Zelle), payment must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. Unpaid reservations will automatically be released. Cancellations Farm experience bookings are non-refundable. However, reservations may be transferred to another guest with prior approval from Real FarmHERS. Rescheduling Guests may request to reschedule their experience with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience may not be accommodated. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Experiences begin promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of the reservation depending on scheduling. Guest Count Each ticket reserves a space for one participant. Children under the age of 2 may attend free for most experiences but must still be included in the total guest count for planning and safety purposes. Weather Most experiences take place inside our enclosed Red Enchanted Barn with access to nearby outdoor areas. Experiences continue rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, adjustments may be made and guests will be notified if necessary. Animal Interaction All animal interactions are supervised by staff. Guests must follow all instructions provided by staff members to ensure the safety of both animals and guests. Guests who do not follow safety guidelines may be asked to discontinue interaction with animals.
