Those looking for a PRIVATE, but cost-friendly and quick option for our baby goat cuddle farm experience. Enjoy a private, quick 15-minute visit in our cozy Red Enchanted Barn. Cuddle one of our sweet baby goats while relaxing near a fireplace in a warm, inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating. _____________________ Please note: Interaction with newborns may be adjusted based on their comfort and well-being that day. Their health always comes first. INCLUDES: - Up to FOUR guests only. - Valentine Decor. - Hosted INSIDE our Red Enchanted Barn, warmed with a cozy fireplace. ADD-ONs: - Custom Valentine Sign - Custom Digital Valentine - Digital Giftcard (FREE!!!!!) - (6) Valentine's themed cookies. - (6) Valentine's themed cupcakes. - Hot chocolate (select how many when selecting as an add-on, example: 4 guests would need to add (4) hot chocolate to your package/cart. After you submit your booking request, you will receive an email requesting payment via Zelle or PayPal to secure your booking. This email will also provide further details about your visit. ***Package is not available for over FOUR guests per session***
Cancellation Policy
Real FarmHers provides animal husbandry services, seasonal farm experiences, workshops, and private appointments. By booking, you agree to the policies below. Booking & Payment Appointments and experiences are reserved online (or by invoice when applicable). Payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated on the service listing. Some offerings may require a deposit to hold your time slot. Private Experiences Many Real FarmHers offerings are private (your group only). Please book the correct package for your group size and duration. If your headcount changes, contact us before arrival. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for parking and check-in. Late arrivals may shorten your session so we can stay on schedule. Full session pricing still applies. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Because we reserve time specifically for you (and often schedule animal care and staffing around bookings), the following policy applies unless otherwise stated on the service listing: Cancellation Timeline 72+ hours before your scheduled start time: Full refund (100%) 48–71 hours before your scheduled start time: 50% refund Less than 24 hours before your scheduled start time: Credit only (no cash refund) Credit Details Credits may be applied to your Real FarmHers account or issued as a one-time credit code (depending on checkout method). Credits are for future bookings and are non-transferable unless approved in writing. Rescheduling Reschedule requests are welcomed as early as possible. Reschedules requested within 24 hours of your session may be issued as credit only, based on availability. No-Shows No-shows are not refundable and will be treated as credit only.
